1) Sultana's Dream: Roquia Sakhawat Hussain

Sultana's dream is a sci-fi utopia created by the author Roquia Sakhawat Hussain. It's a short story that demonstrates a reverse in the gender role in Indian culture. It's a quick read full of critics about patriarchy.
2)The Blazing World: Margaret Cavendish

The Blazing World is a crazy ride. From kidnapping to becoming empress of a colony of mutant creatures, our female protagonist explores and criticizes many elements of science and scientist at the time. It's a long read but you can comprehend the premise in a few sentences.
3) The Hunger Games

Obviously, this was going to be on the list. One of the first dystopian to be popularized for young adults, it demonstrates a young teenage girl trying to overthrow the government. The romance can be tough to watch so be cautious.
4) Osmosis

Has much as this is a book site, I couldn't help myself from putting this sci-fi french tv-show on the list. In brief, the story follows a set of siblings trying to create a soulmate link based on DNA. The series has great representation but also demonstrates a strong-willed woman in the science field.
These are currently the four I recommend but I promise more recommendations will come soon.
